Full Time Personal Assistant to VP of Our Fast paced Soho Real Estate Office
This high energy person must be able to multi task and have an administrative assistant skill set that includes: Outlook, e-mail, MS Excel, light accounting/bill pay, event planning (setting up dinners and parties), organizational skills, phone skills and etiquette, familiarity with Craigslist postings. We will be giving extra priority to people with prior real estate administrative experience (ex. lease preparation, listings entry, landlord phone work, etc.).
The hours are: Monday -Friday 9AM-5PM+ additional hours (paid of course) may be needed.
Compensation is $10/hr plus incentives.
