Matthew Drennan has real estate in his genes. His grandfather, Joseph T. Drennan, owned and operated Bryn Mawr Reaty, a full service brokerage firm on Philadelphia's Main Line. After graduating from NYU, Matthew decided New York City was his new home and put his genes to work in this exciting feild. After learning from from one of the top brokers at Brown Harris Stevens, Matthew joined forces with Stephanie Davis to form Team Davis Drennan here at Mark David & Company. Matthew has sold everything from mixed use buildings in TriBeCa to studio gems on the Upper East Side.
